Quickly prepared and cheap food items are also causing diabetes. They increase weight by affecting the movement of the human body which increases the chances of diabetes.

Fast foods are also a major cause of the peptic ulcer. Medical experts believe that spicy foods are causing stress and ulcers. Pizza, chips. and high-salt snacks also fall into this category.

5-Social problem

This is a social problem. Now everyone satisfies their hunger with fast food at work or anywhere along the way. That's why families now rarely get together at the dinner table. This has a bad effect on our social relations and family life.

For a healthy body, it is important to eat according to a set schedule. Fast food can be easily found anywhere at any time. So now people eat regardless of the time. Which is very harmful to the balance of our body.

A study conducted at the University of Queensland found that excessive consumption of junk food is one of the main causes of sleep disorders in adults. Asad Khan, an associate professor at the University of Queensland, says this is the first global study to find a link between unhealthy eating habits and sleep disorders caused by stress. High school students from 64 countries participated in this study Research has shown that young people who consume a lot of soft drinks and junk food also have a higher rate of sleep-related problems.
