How To Eliminate Kidney Stones

 How To Eliminate Kidney Stones?

Kidney stones

People who get kidney stones and start having pain, they say that the pain they face is indescribable.  If the size of the kidney stones is small, i.e. about 5 mm, then the stones  comes out of the urethra two weeks after taking the medicine and the kidneys pain continue to reduce . However, if the stones are large in size and have two or three stones, they are broken into small pieces, which are later excreted from the urethra in the form of particles.

 Sometimes it also requires surgery.

It is not possible to say with certainty how stones can form and how they do not, but we can take precautions so that we do not have stones, such as changes in diet, drinking more water and avoiding soft drinks.

The following are some of the things that cause kidney stones.

 Inherited:

If anyone in your family has had kidney stones, you may be more likely to get them.  If you already have a stone, chances are you will have two instead of one.

 Dehydration:

Physicians say that many people suffer from gallstones in the summer, especially those who live in the heat and sweat a lot.

When you sweat more, you urinate less.  It also happens when you drink less water.  When the body becomes dehydrated, the chances of getting stones increase.  When you drink a lot of water, uric acid is excreted in the urine and the chances of getting stones are reduced. So drink plenty of water if you don't want to have gallstones.

Physicians recommend drinking eight to twelve glasses of water a day.  You can also drink lemon water instead of plain water as it does not cause kidney stones.  Experts say that the addition of acid in the urine prevents calcium from accumulating in the kidneys, which leads to the formation of stones.  At the same time, they are prohibited from drinking cola drinks, which can lead to gallstones.

 Food:

If you eat a lot of protein and continue to eat sodium and sugar, while eating less calcium, the chances of developing stones increase.

Doctors say you should eat more fruits and vegetables.  Calcium should not be eaten too little or too much, otherwise there is a risk of stones.  Eat 10 to 12 ounces of meat daily.

If the diet is high in oxalate , avoid eating it, such as spinach.

 Obesity:

If your lifestyle includes sitting down to work, then of course your weight will increase and your waist size will also increase.  This can lead to kidney stones.  In addition, you may also have increased blood pressure.

 Medical conditions:

  •  If you have had abdominal surgery  your digestive system is bad and it is inflamed or you have frequent seizures, then your chances of developing kidney stones increase.
  • This is because if calcium and water are not absorbed properly, such substances start to enter your urine, which causes stones.Kidney stones can lead to other diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.  There are many medicines that can cause gallstones.
  • Experts say that there are many diseases, such as migraines, epilepsy and paralysis, etc., which can cause kidney stones even after taking the medicine.
  •  In addition, if the amount of fluoride in drinking water is high, stones will still form.  Many scientists have linked calcium and vitamin D supplements to the fact that calcium levels in the blood and urine can also cause stones.
  •  They recommends taking 800 international units of vitamin D and 800 to 1200 mg of calcium daily.  Never exceed this amount.Such people have been taking these supplements for a long time, they should have their blood and urine checked and also consult a doctor.
